Bastian Legal Solutions (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Who we are
Bastian Legal Solutions is a Legal Document Assistant (LDA) business based in Covina, California, providing legal document preparation at clients’ direction, mobile notary services, process serving, wedding officiant services, and related services. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.
Information we collect
- Inquiry form. When you send a message through our contact form, we receive your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), and the contents of your message. Form submissions are delivered to us by email.
- Bookings. Appointment bookings are handled through Calendly. Information you enter there (such as your name, email, and phone number) is processed by Calendly under its own privacy policy and shared with us so we can hold your appointment.
- Purchases. Digital guides are sold and delivered through third-party platforms (including Beacons, Etsy, and Gumroad) and payments are processed by their payment providers (such as PayPal and Stripe). We never see or store your full payment card number. We receive order information (such as your name, email, and what you purchased) so we can deliver your product and keep business records.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may record standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) for security and site operation.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising trackers, Google Analytics, or social-media pixels. It may set functional cookies required for the site and its forms to work correctly. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still load, though some features may not work as intended.
How we use your information

Inquiry and client records are kept as long as needed to provide services and meet legal and tax record-keeping requirements, then deleted or archived securely.

California residents may ask us what personal information we hold about them, and may request that we correct or delete it (subject to records we must keep by law).
