Name change petition packet: $295–$395. Child support order package: quoted per matter. Single document preparation: $75. Other documents (RFOs, custody/support modifications, financial disclosures): quoted per matter. Advance health care directive: $125. Simple will: $125. Power of attorney: $125. Estate-planning bundle (any two of the three): $200. Estate-planning bundle (all three): $300.
